Throwback Thursday | Moonlit Cocktail Soiree

A few months ago, I was approached to organize a 200 person cocktail party for a national organization. The budget was pretty low and expectations were set very high. All in all, everyone left the cocktail soiree happier than when they first arrived.

The Cocktails and Conversation soiree took place at the gorgeous poolside rooftop of The London West Hollywood on October 17th, 2013. The space had breathtaking panoramic views which ultimately sold the place for my clients when we had our first site visit.

The tray passed Hors d'Oeuvres consisted of angus beef cheddar sliders, mini turkey bugers with cranberry relish, camembert fruit chutney on a toasted baguette, and chicken satay with peanut sauce - all, of course, to die for.
